DEKOPIN is the official digital ecosystem operated by Dewan Koperasi Indonesia. We connect cooperative members, facilitate supply orders, and provide resources across our four focus sectors: Agriculture, Plantation, Fisheries, and Livestock.

This policy applies to members, partners, and all users of our iOS and Android mobile applications, official portal, and support services. Personal data is processed in accordance with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP), as amended from time to time.

02Personal Data We Collect

• Members & Users: Name, email, telephone number, cooperative affiliation, membership ID, and profile details.
• App Features: Scannable QR Code ID data, referral network connections, and membership reward balances.
• Transactions: Supply order history, payment methods, transaction statuses, and fulfillment records across our focus sectors.
• Platform Activity: Device OS information, native OS sharing activity, session persistence data, in-app web browser usage, and support requests.

We collect this information directly from you upon registration, through your interactions with your local cooperative branch, or automatically when you use the DEKOPIN mobile app.

03How We Use Personal Data

We may use personal data to:

• Create, verify, and manage digital cooperative memberships.
• Process and fulfill supply orders across the Agriculture, Plantation, Fisheries, and Livestock sectors.
• Administer the Membership Rewards program and track the Referral Network.
• Enable app features like Scannable QR Code IDs and session persistence.
• Provide technical support and resolve disputes or transaction issues.
• Prevent fraud, secure the official portal, and maintain legal and audit records.

Required fields must be completed accurately. Without the necessary information, we may be unable to verify your membership status, process a supply order, or provide access to the digital ecosystem.

04Sharing and Partner Ecosystem

Where necessary, personal data may be shared with:

• Affiliated local cooperatives and verified supply chain partners fulfilling orders.
• Payment gateways and financial institutions facilitating cooperative transactions.
• Cloud hosting, security, analytics, and infrastructure service providers.
• Government authorities or regulators where required by Indonesian law.

We do not sell or rent personal data. Information is only shared within the DEKOPIN network to the extent necessary to support your cooperative activities and benefits.

05App Permissions and Tracking

The DEKOPIN app uses local storage for session persistence and requires basic device permissions to utilize native OS sharing and the scannable QR Code ID features. Analytics may be used to improve app stability and user experience.

We may send important notifications regarding your cooperative membership, supply order updates, and rewards. You may manage push notifications directly through your iOS or Android device settings.

06Security and Data Retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal data. Access to membership and transaction records is restricted to authorized personnel. However, no digital platform or app transmission is completely secure.

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to maintain your cooperative membership, fulfill supply orders, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements. When no longer required, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

07Your Rights and Choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request to:

• Access or correct your personal membership data.
• Withdraw consent or limit specific data processing functions.
• Ask questions or raise a concern regarding your data within the cooperative network.

We may verify your identity using your Scannable QR Code ID or membership details before handling a request. Withdrawing consent may affect your ability to utilize the DEKOPIN app and access membership rewards.

08Policy Updates

We may update this policy to reflect new app features (such as v1.0.1 additions), business practices, or legal requirements. The latest version will be accessible via the in-app web browser and official portal.
